Instagram 2021
As the new year began, it became very clear our Instagram account needed more direction and a voice. It was lacking in purpose and minimal value to our audience. In hopes to develop a voice and identity for our account, I honed in on a brand voice: Shipping. All subjects related to shipping such as tips, tricks, and jokes were a go for this new revamp. With that said, I took on the role of social media manager to ensure all creatives align with this new voice as well as its visuals. As a result, the instagram page has grown in viewers and audience engagement thanks to the redesign.
